Office Manager – Be the Heart of a Growing Therapy Practice

Speech Teachers of North Georgia is seeking an organized, proactive, customer-focused Office Manager to help support our growing clinic and school-based therapy programs.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating order, solving problems, and helping teams succeed. You will play a critical role in supporting our families, therapists, school partners, and daily operations.

What You'll Help Lead

Scheduling & Operations

You'll help coordinate:

  • Patient scheduling

  • Therapist schedules

  • Clinic operations

  • School contract scheduling

  • Communication with families and referral sources

Client Experience

You will often be the first point of contact for families.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones

  • Responding to inquiries

  • Assisting with patient onboarding

  • Supporting referrals and intake processes

  • Helping create an exceptional customer experience

Administrative & Billing Support

You will assist with:

  • Insurance and billing coordination

  • Documentation tracking

  • Provider schedules

  • Office organization

  • Special projects and process improvement
